Structural characteristics
Volute single stage double suction centrifugal pump with two horizontal centerline supports. API definition type: BB2
The pump's inlet and outlet can be adjusted upward or downward according to the need. This series is used as a front pump for high speed boiler feed pumps, such as SCHT series, to improve the operation conditions of feed water pumps. The temperature of the medium is not more than 210 degrees C.
The pump is supported by sliding bearing and forced to be lubricated. The shaft seal is stuffing or mechanical seal.
The axial force of the rotor is hydraulially self balanced, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing.
